Hearts a Flutter

This triple layer Valentine's Day card is one of the cards from my most recent stamp class. I created this card by request of Pauly H. Thanks, Pauly! This card could be easily modified to fit just about any occasion. To create this card you will need:

• Stamps: Hearts a Flutter, Seasonal Sayings
• Cardstock: Rose Red, Whisper White
• Ink: Rose Red, Pink Pirouette, Pool Party
• Accessories: Pink Pirouette/Rose Red 1-1/4" Two-Tone Ribbon, Glue Dots, Stampin' Spritzer, Frost White Shimmer Paint.
• Other: 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol, repositionable adhesive

The picture doesn't show well the beautiful shimmer all over the card. To create the shimmer, pour a few drops of shimmer paint into an empty Stampin' Spritzer and then fill with in an inch of the top with rubbing alcohol. Shake well and then spritz all over the card.
